Moreover, it is necessary, concurrently with the enhancement of the internal activities, to help the overall supplier to build a progressively increasing quality.
To achieve these primary goals, the Company aims to promote, develop and support the following activities:

  • Adoption of a Quality Assurance System based on the UNI EN ISO 9002, internationally recognized;
  • Creation, development and support of The Quality Assurance directly under Directorate General, in order to ensure a rational and correct management of the program;
  • Realization of correct information channels both inside and outside the Company;
  • Activation of a training program for all levels of staff;
  • Involvement of the suppliers in promoting quality, as an indispensable instrument of common progress.

Knowing that everything is achievable especially with the involvement and the convinced cooperation of All, the Direction of Selmar Technologies attributes fundamental importance to the empowerment, motivation and job satisfaction of each.
To verify the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality system, and to ensure the continuous improvement, the Sole Director assesses, through measurable indicators, the achievements and provides some objectives for the future. These checks and the setting future targets occur concurrently with the Management Review.
